Overall Ratings for Internship Program

Review 1: enterprise rent a car
"You're gonna learn a TON from this job, very little or anything about the job but mostly how to survive. The pace is fast, the instruction is minimal, the hours are long. Not a job if you are married and/or have a kid(s), there's a reason 99% of the staff are single, recent college grads. That being the case your manager will have a little more knowledge than you so don't think they're going to have the answer every time.”

Review 2: enterprise rent a car
“Love working the job, meet fun people, and have a great opportunity to exceed and get promotions. The management team is great and supportive. They want you to succeed and it shows. Work-life balance is difficult.”

Review 3: enterprise rent a car
“Great company, great culture. Everyone wants to help build each other up and has a really strong team-based work ethic. You are with your coworkers more than you are with your loved ones. This job is great for people fresh out of school, who are ready to work and get going fast. It's    really hard to have a life outside of work.”

Review 4: enterprise rent a car
“I loved most of my coworkers and I had some phenomenal branch managers. The pay was terrible for how many hours you have to work but the benefits were great. Customers were some of the worst you’ll ever deal with but a lot of customer service and retail jobs are like that.”

Review 5: enterprise rent a car
Good start after college your customer service skills and knowledge will improve. The culture of the company depends on your branch and who you work with. Be careful of burnout, days are very long and you have to wash cars, park them, and also pick people up. Very fast-paced. Just have fun and make the best out of your day if you can, even though some days are not as busy as others. Every day is different. This schedule is okay every branch has a different set of hours. However, half a day in the middle of the week can be beneficial and a nice break from the week. It is definitely not a forever job great place to be for 1-3 months.”
